Don Trump Jr.: Biden exhibiting signs of Alzheimer’s or dementia in ‘snap back’ at voter

Donald Trump Jr. said Joe Biden exhibited behavior associated with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia after a blowup with a voter on the campaign trail.

“From the Alzheimers association webpage ‘Aggressive or angry behaviors may occur in people with Alzheimer’s or other dementias,'” the president’s eldest son said Tuesday on Twitter in response to a video of Biden berating a Michigan man. “A 50 year career politician doesn’t snap back this way to a blue collar guy asking him a reasonable question given his parties stance on the issue.”

In a video clip that went viral Tuesday, the former vice president told a Detroit auto plant worker he was “full of shit” for accusing him of trying to “end our Second Amendment right.”

“I support the Second Amendment,” Biden told the man. At one point, the Delaware Democrat referred to an AR-15 as an “AR-14.”

This was not the former vice president’s first hostile run-in with a voter on the 2020 campaign trail.

“You’re a damn liar, man,” Biden told a voter in December who asked him about whether Hunter Biden made money off his father’s influence.

It appeared that Biden also called the Iowa man “fat,” but his campaign later denied the claim. Biden got fourth place in the Iowa caucuses but since Super Tuesday has emerged as the Democratic front-runner.
