President Trump on Thursday asked why Disney CEO Bob Iger never apologized to him for questionable news reporting about his campaign, after Iger quickly apologized for Roseanne Barr’s racist statement on Twitter this week.
“Iger, where is my call of apology? You and ABC have offended millions of people, and they demand a response. How is Brian Ross doing? He tanked the market with an ABC lie, yet no apology. Double Standard!” Trump posted to Twitter Thursday morning.

Iger made a call to former Obama aide Valerie Jarrett to apologize for Barr’s Monday tweet saying that Jarrett looked like a product of the Muslim Brotherhood and “Planet of the Apes.”
Trump asked Wednesday why he didn’t receive an apology call from Iger for all of the “horrible statements” made about the president on that network.

Barr’s show “Roseanne” made a reboot on ABC in the past few months and was a hit. The show featured Barr as a Trump supporter.
But the show was canceled about 24 hours after Barr posted her comment regarding Jarrett on Twitter. Barr has apologized multiple times on Twitter for her statements and has said she is “not a racist.”
