The latest effort to get President Trump the Nobel Peace Prize has boosted his chances of winning a bit, but he still trails the World Health Organization and teenage green activist Greta Thunberg in world betting pools.
In fact, OddsChecker, a top odds comparison site, said the president’s chances are just above that of the Black Lives Matter movement.
OddsChecker spokesman Pete Watt told us that Trump’s record of not getting America into a war and the new Israel-United Arab Emirates peace agreement are big pluses in his latest nomination for the award.

“Plenty of observers will instinctively turn their noses up at such a prospect, but Trump has broken a 39-year-long streak of U.S. presidents leading the nation into a new war,” said Watt. He added, “Beyond that, he has facilitated a degree of peace between two bitterly divided nations — no mean feat,” a reference to the newly negotiated Israel-UAE deal ironed out by top advisers Jared Kushner, Avi Berkowitz, and national security adviser Robert O’Brien.

Since he was nominated overnight, OddsChecker said that 92% of bets on the Nobel have been for Trump.
Still, the odds of winning are a low 6.7% on the betting aggregator’s site.
The WHO and Thunberg have a 25% chance of winning. And Black Lives Matter’s odds stand at 5.9%.
