According to an excerpt obtained by THE WEEKLY STANDARD, the former Florida governor will aim at Obamacare for trampling on the conscience rights of the Little Sisters of the Poor and also will also criticize Hillary Clinton’s recent comments that “religious beliefs” about abortion “have to be changed“:
