Chicago congresswoman issues gun violence report

CHICAGO (AP) — U.S. Rep. Robin Kelly of Chicago is recommending tougher federal laws to combat gun violence.

On Monday, the Democrat released her 2014 Kelly Report on Gun Violence in America. It includes recommendations to invest in smart gun technologies to prevent stolen guns from being used to commit crimes.
