Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisc., gave what was probably the most important speech at yesterday’s health insurance reform summit. Working through all of the budget gimmicks and actuarial studies of ObamaCare, he debunked the notion that Obama’s reforms reduce the deficit, as well as the notion that it reduces overall health care costs, either for consumers or for the government. The six-minute speech is well worth watching in its entirety.
