STAFFORD, Va. (AP) — A bus en route from New York to Georgia ran off snowy Interstate 95 in northern Virginia and overturned early Monday, seriously injuring four passengers, state police said.

The driver, Qilong Xiao, 50, of Flushing, N.Y., was driving too fast for road conditions and was charged with reckless driving, state police spokeswoman Corinne Geller said. He was held on $5,000 unsecured bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail in Stafford County.
