This piece was edited to meet Washington Examiner editorial policy regarding references to the outcome of the 2020 election upon which it is our policy not to cast doubt. After Rep. Babin saw the final published draft, he felt it no longer reflected his view, which is that the outcome of the election is still in doubt and subject to pending litigation that he supports.
