PORTSMOUTH, Va. (AP) â A Virginia couple has won big three times over a two-week period in the Virginia Lottery, including a pair of $1 million prizes.
The Virginia Lottery says Calvin and Zatera Spencer of Portsmouth claimed a $1 million prize last week in the scratch-off game $100 Million Cash Extravaganza.
