Jury selection begins Friday in Naval Academy case

WASHINGTON (AP) — Jury selection is scheduled to begin in the case of a former U.S. Naval Academy football player accused of sexually assaulting a classmate during an off-campus party.

Jury selection for the court-martial of Joshua Tate of Nashville, Tenn., begins Friday in Washington. Tate is charged with aggravated sexual assault and lying to investigators.
