Va’s St. Paul’s College, 183 acres set for auction

LAWRENCEVILLE, Va. (AP) — An auction has been set next month for St. Paul’s College in Lawrenceville.

An auction and real estate company is listing the historically black college, which includes 35 buildings and 183 acres. Sealed bids are being accepted by Shaheen Law Firm in Richmond through April 9.
