SANTA FE, N.M. — The city of Santa Fe has sued the builder of its convention center and alleges the company has refused to return a $600,000 tax refund that the city says was an overpayment.
The Santa Fe New Mexican reports that lawsuit asks a court to find that the city is entitled to a refund from Santa Fe-based Cameron-Swinerton LLC.
