Comedian Sacha Baron Cohen accused Donald Trump of lying about walking out of an interview more than a decade ago with his alter ego Ali G.
For a little context, Cohen’s “Da Ali G Show” ran from 2000 to 2004 and involved the comedian (also famous for portraying fake Kazakhstani journalist Borat) interviewing various people who were mostly unaware that he was playing a character.
In 2012, Trump bragged on Twitter that he is “the only person who immediately walked out of my ‘Ali G’ interview.”

“I was the first person actually to realize that he’s a d—k,” Cohen quipped when “The Late Late Show” host James Corden asked about how the interview went.
He also called out Trump for lying about the duration of their sit-down.
“He claims that he [left early]. He claims that he saw through the interview. But he was actually there for about seven minutes,” Cohen said.
“Is that long for an Ali G interview?” Corden asked.
“Quite a long time,” Cohen replied. “Quite a long time.”
In 2003, he sat down with the billionaire mogul and tried to pitch him on the idea of ice cream gloves “that make the ice cream not go on your hands and not get them all sticky, and also to keep your hands warm when you is eating the ice cream.”
