The Republican governor of Arizona signed a bill into law on Tuesday to create a system to remove inactive voters from an early voting list.

SB 1485, signed by Gov. Doug Ducey over the objection of Democrats, will remove voters from the list of those who automatically receive a mail ballot for every election.
