‘Appalling and shockingly hostile’: Kacey Musgraves slams American Airlines worker

Singer Kacey Musgraves took to Twitter last week to complain about a male American Airlines employee who made her “feel unsafe” to the point of crying on a recent flight.

According to her, she and several other passengers “were subject to his extremely overblown, unnecessary aggression and erratic behavior.”

The employee, who Musgraves said was “the flight’s chief purser,” displayed “appalling and shockingly hostile” behavior, she explained.

“I will be filing a massive complaint against along with many other passengers that were subject to his extremely overblown, unnecessary aggression and erratic behavior,” Musgraves added. “He made me feel unsafe and upset to the point of crying and I witnessed another passenger he also made cry. The female flight attendants on board vocalized their own disbelief, and struggles with him as well.”

Musgraves then quipped that “even the dm process isn’t going well.”

American Airlines told the Washington Examiner, “We have reached out to Ms. Musgraves to learn more about her experience and address her concerns.”
