Arizona governor signs bill limiting abortion access

Arizona GOP Gov. Doug Ducey signed a law Wednesday banning abortions outside medical emergencies after 15 weeks.

The state is the latest to join Texas and Idaho in strengthening its abortion laws in anticipation of the Supreme Court’s decision on Mississippi’s law, after which Arizona’s bill is modeled.
