DALLAS (AP) — A broad mix of culinary creations, from fried Sriracha balls to chicken fried loaded baked potato, has made the cut as finalists for the State Fair of Texas Big Tex Choice Awards.

Fair officials in Dallas on Monday announced eight finalists for Best Taste and Most Creative new foods at the expo.
