House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) appeared doubtful that a “repeal and replace” action for Obamacare would hit the lower chamber’s floor if Republicans maintain the majority.
Efforts to repeal Obamacare have been on and off the congressional docket since the Affordable Care Act took effect in 2010.
