District harbor police responded to a capsized boat Sunday afternoon under the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
Four people were aboard the small boat when it overturned around 1:50 p.m. Sunday. There was at least one minor injury but otherwise everyone appeared to be fine, a police spokesman said.
At this time, authorities could not determine what caused the boat to flip.
