Harris will join former Republican Rep. Liz Cheney for three more campaign events in “blue wall states” on Monday.
For months, the vice president has been courting disaffected, anti-Trump Republican votes. Cheney and her father, Dick Cheney, have repeatedly come out in support of Harris, and the younger Cheney attended a “Republicans for Harris” event just last week.
On Monday, Harris and Cheney will appear alongside conservative radio host Charlie Sykes and veteran GOP strategist Sarah Longwell in Chester County, Pennsylvania; Oakland County, Michigan; and Waukesha County, Wisconsin, three areas where Nikki Haley overperformed against Trump during the 2024 Republican presidential primary.
