The D.C. Council’s highly anticipated ethics reform bill is expected to post online Friday afternoon, a city hall staffer told The Washington Examiner.
The bill is expected to propose new mandates for city officials and employees and new sanctions for violations. The legislation comes after five of the 13 council members and Mayor Vincent Gray are facing questions for alleged ethical lapses.
