Harris will spend Tuesday traveling to Chester Township, Pennsylvania, for a town hall with undecided voters moderated by CNN’s Anderson Cooper. The event will air at 9 p.m. on CNN.
Trump was invited to participate in a similar event on CNN but declined. The town hall is on the date CNN proposed a second debate, which Harris accepted but Trump declined.
In the final stretch of the campaign, Harris has increased attacks on his basic mental competence, describing the former president as “unhinged” and “unfit to be president of the United States.”
An interview she recorded with NBC News Telemundo is also set to air on Wednesday.
