Tracie Mosley was a popular 18-year-old waitress in Maryland when she disappeared without a trace more than 15 years ago.

A friend dropped Mosley off at High Falcon Road and Pittston Circle in Reisterstown around 2:45 a.m. on April 17, 1995. The two had visited two nightclubs in Pikesville earlier that night. Mosley never made it back to her home on the 100 block of Westminster Pike in Reisterstown.

She was reported missing around 10 p.m. the day she was dropped off after her purse was found on Pittston Circle by a passerby. Nothing was missing from the purse but a pack of cigarettes, her friends later told authorities. Friends told authorities they believed Mosley had no cash in her purse.

Police said Mosley’s family told authorities she would never leave without warning. Authorities have attributed the teen’s disappearance to foul play. She was declared legally dead in 2000.

Mosley had dropped out of Westminster High School to pursue an acting career. She planned to get her GED.

Mosley is a white female. She was about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed about 150 pounds at the time of her disappearance. She had hazel eyes and long brown hair.
