What was Donald Trump’s campaign ‘bombshell?’
The real estate mogul, reality TV star and former Republican presidential contender promised a “big Obama announcement” Wednesday that would alter the presidential race. Speculators claimed the Donald’s ditty was about college-age drug use by President Obama. It wasn’t. Trump’s big reveal was an offer to give $5 million to a charity of Obama’s choice if Obama released his college and passport records, apparently as proof of his American citizenship. The presidential race remained unchanged.
