Time publishes glowing profile of The View’s outspoken co-host Joy Behar

The View host Joy Behar received a glowing profile despite her recent controversial comments on the show.

Time magazine published a piece titled “Joy Behar Won’t Shut Up” Wednesday, commemorating her 25-year career on the show. Behar is a self-proclaimed Democrat on the panel of hosts.

“I just say what I say,” Behar said in the interview. “And then, they’re upset with me. I’m their favorite target over at Breitbart and Fox.”

‘WHY TRADE A HEADACHE FOR AN UPSET STOMACH?’: JOY BEHAR EQUATES DESANTIS AND TRUMP

Turning Point USA, the nation’s leading advocacy group for conservative values in high schools and colleges, sent a cease-and-desist letter to Behar’s network after she compared the organization to neo-Nazis on Monday.

“Neo-Nazis were out there in front of the conference with antisemitic slurs and, you know, the Nazi swastika and a picture of a so-called Jewish person with exaggerated features, just like Goebbels did during the Third Reich. It’s the same thing, right out of that same playbook,” Behar said.

During the same episode, Behar compared Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to former President Donald Trump, which fellow host Ana Navarro, a Republican strategist, disagreed with.

“And DeSantis did not say anything about it,” Behar said of the supposed “neo-Nazis” at the TPUSA event, referencing a statement from Trump following a rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, that turned fatal in 2017. “So it’s his rendition of ‘good people on both sides,’ same idea.”
