US to revoke legal status of migrants who came under fraud-ridden Biden administration program

The Trump administration terminated the legal status of over 530,000 Latin American and Haitian migrants brought in under a Biden administration sponsorship program.

A Friday notice from the Department of Homeland Security announced the termination of “categorical parole programs for inadmissible aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela and their immediate family members,” otherwise known as the CHNV program.
