Dan Bongino shares ‘good news’ and ‘bad news’ updates about tumor in his neck

Conservative radio host Dan Bongino provided his Twitter followers with an update on his health Wednesday, saying he had successful surgery to remove a tumor from his neck but fears he has lymphoma.

“Thank you all for your kind words & well wishes,” Bongino tweeted. “I’m out of surgery & I feel good. They removed the entire tumor from my neck. The bad news is, it looks like lymphoma.”

“The good news is, there are treatments options,” Bongino continued. “Either way, it’ll be okay. Thank you all for your support.”

Bongino revealed on his radio show late last month that he had been diagnosed with a tumor.

“It’s a tumor, but there’s a strong likelihood that it is not cancerous,” Bongino said to his followers in a video posted on Rumble, a platform he recently bought a stake in as a response to YouTube censorship. “We don’t know what it is. It’s in a very weird spot in my neck near my carotid artery, near vocal cords and things, and it is big. It’s 7 centimeters … It’s scary.”

Words of support immediately began flooding in after Bongino’s update Wednesday from colleagues and friends on Twitter.

“Praying for you, Dan!” Fellow Fox News contributor Lisa Boothe tweeted.

“Praying for you Dan,” author and Fox News contributor Tammy Bruce tweeted. “You’re in the best country in the world with the best medical treatment in human history. Stay strong.”

“Go get em Dan! America loves ya!” Country music star John Rich tweeted.
