WATCH LIVE: Padilla speaks from Senate floor after being forcibly removed from Noem briefing

PADILLA FEARS FOR PEOPLE WHO ASK QUESTIONS ‘WHEN CAMERAS ARE NOT THERE’

Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) said he worries about what will happen to people who aren’t senators that question the Trump administration when the cameras are off.

His comments came days after he was forcibly removed from a room for disrupting Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem‘s press conference regarding anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement protests in Los Angeles. Padilla raised his concerns during an interview with Margaret Brennan on CBS News’s Face the Nation.
