NEW YORK (AP) — A 20-year-old man has been arrested in the shooting death of a 15-year-old girl in Queens.
Police said Thursday Amin Abdullah, of Queens, was arrested on charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon. It wasn’t clear if he had a lawyer.
Police say Alexis Anderson, of Brooklyn, was discovered with a gunshot wound to the head just before midnight Wednesday inside an apartment on 106th Street.
She was found unconscious and unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene.
