Kellyanne Conway, counselor to President Trump, mocked former President Barack Obama after it was reported he was very unhappy after Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 presidential election.
“More trouble in paradise,” Conway tweeted Thursday evening.

The news comes from New York Times Chief White House Correspondent Peter Baker’s new book Obama: The Call of History. In the book, he reports Obama was shocked at the outcome of the 2016 election because he thought there would be “no way Americans would turn on him” and “[h]is legacy, he felt, was in safe hands.”
When Clinton did lose because of her “soulless campaign,” Obama reportedly took it as a personal insult. After Obama met President-elect Trump, he told speechwriter Ben Rhodes he “peddles in bullshit.”
