The French ambassador took to Twitter yesterday to bash the slow U.S. entry into World War II, highlighting “awful mistakes” made by America, not the heroism of thousands of Yanks who died pushing Hitler out of France, including 29,000 who fell at Normandy.

Worse: The attack came on Pearl Harbor Day.
