The jet known as “Trump Force One” is getting a glow-up ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.
Former President Donald Trump, who used his personal Boeing 757 for 2016 campaign rallies, said the plane should be back in full working service by the end of 2021.

“It is now being fully restored and updated and will be put back into service sometime prior to the end of the year,” Trump said in a statement on Friday. “When completed, it will be better than ever, and again used at upcoming rallies!”
The former president said the airplane, which is in storage in upstate New York, will be brought into a Louisiana service facility to get an inspection, updated engines, and a paint job. Trump stopped using the plane while in office, instead flying on Boeing VC-25s that were dubbed “Air Force One” when the president was on board.

A March report by CNN about the plane estimated that the cost to fly a Boeing 757 is about $15,000 to $18,000 per hour.
The plane owned by Trump is designed with cream-colored leather seats, gilded bathrooms, gold-layered seat buckles, and Parisian fabrics.
