The Department of Homeland Security, with Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials, arrested two illegal immigrants from Angola this week who were involved in two separate car crashes in Maine, which resulted in two pedestrians being killed.
On Aug. 16, a vehicle driven by Mukendi Mbiya struck and killed Stacy Strattard, a 64-year-old resident of Gray, Maine. She was pronounced dead at the scene as first responders arrived, according to DHS.
