Pezeshkian reaffirms commitment to never seek nuclear weapons

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian reaffirmed his country’s commitment never to seek nuclear weapons.

Pezeshkian pointed to the Ayatollah’s fatwa against nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction. This position has not changed, he said.

Much of his speech accused Israel and the United States of hypocrisy, saying they were the ones who were violating international law with their actions.
