Montgomery County police have charged two people in connection with the fatal Wednesday shooting of a young man in Aspen Hill.
Detectives charged Christopher Edwards, 20, of the 13200 block of Superior Street, Rockville, and Andrew Ramos, 18, who has no fixed address.

Edwards was charged with second-degree murder and reckless endangerment and was being held without bond.
Ramos was charged with reckless endangerment and was being held on a $20,000 bond.
Police said they responded to a report of a shooting at about 3:20 p.m. Wednesday at a home in the 13200 block of Superior Street and found a young adult male dead from a a gunshot wound. Police have not released the victim’s identity, and would not say whether the killing happened in Edwards’ home.
Police said the three were in the house when the shooting occurred. Ramos left the house and Edwards remained and called for help.
