President Trump on Monday slammed Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan, and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for not doing their part to help overturn the state’s election results in his favor.
“Governor @BrianKempGA and his puppet @GeoffDuncanGA, together with the Secretary of State of Georgia, are very slow on Signature Verification, and won’t allow Fulton County to be examined. What are these RINOS hiding? We will easily win Presidential State race.”
He added, “@Kloeffler and @sendavidperdue will not be able to win on January 5th. unless these people allow Signature Verification in presidential race. K&D need it for their race also, & Georgia spirit will rise to such a high that they will easily bring home a great victory. Move fast @BrianKempGA.”

Georgia mandates signature verification by law, so Trump’s constant complaints over it have some people scratching their heads.
Trump has been extremely critical of Kemp and Raffensperger, both Republicans, and believes their handling of the state election resulted in his nationwide loss.
The outgoing president has threatened Kemp’s job, blamed him for Georgia flipping from a deep-red state to blue in November, and has called him names.
Trump, who helped Kemp get elected in 2018 over Democratic challenger Stacey Abrams, turned on him after the GOP governor refused to overturn the state’s election results.
Kemp’s refusal made him public enemy No. 1 on Trump’s Twitter feed but didn’t exclude him from getting an invitation to the White House Christmas party.
On Friday, the same day Trump referred to Kemp as a “so-called Republican” on Twitter, Kemp tweeted a picture with his daughter Lucy at the White House Christmas party.
“Lucy and I had a great time at the @WhiteHouse Christmas Party today,” Kemp tweeted. “Merry Christmas, everyone!”

The posted pictures didn’t sit well with some, including Jenna Ellis, one of Trump’s attorneys who has worked on election fraud cases in a failed bid to overturn the election.
“Seriously?” Ellis replied to the governor’s tweet.
Trump has recently announced he will headline a rally in Georgia on Jan. 4 for Perdue and Loeffler. The duo is locked in a pair of tight runoff races against Democratic challengers Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock.
The winners will determine which party takes control of the Senate in January.
