Icy roads a problem in parts of western ND

MINOT, N.D. (AP) — Snow and icy roads are making travel hazardous in parts of western North Dakota.

The state Transportation Department has issued a travel alert for all of North Dakota, excluding the southwest portion, saying motorists can still travel but should use caution.
