Season 6 of “Dr. Who” was the most watched series ever on BBC America. Will season 7 be a ratings repeat? The network announced on Thursday that the new season of the sci-fi show will premiere on Sept. 1 at 9 p.m. The show will air in the UK on BBC One seven hours prior to airing in the U.S. Some have called this the most ambitious season of the show to date.
