Vice President JD Vance kicked off the first meeting of a new anti-fraud task force on Friday, which was created by President Donald Trump in response to the fraud crisis of Minnesota’s social services programs.
Vance highlighted the massive fraud scandal in Minnesota during his remarks opening the meeting, saying that it “illustrates well” what has been happening across “whole layers of our government.”
