IRS head Frank Bisignano is testifying before the Senate on Wednesday, the deadline for millions of Americans to file their taxes.

Bisignano is speaking to lawmakers on the Senate Finance Committee at 10 a.m. regarding the 2026 tax filing season and IRS operations.
