Homan criticized the church’s view on Trump’s immigration policies.
“Secure borders save lives,” Homan said. “A secure border is the most humane thing we can do.”
“Trump has illegal immigration down 97%. When 97% less people come in, how many women aren’t being raped making that journey by the cartel? How many women and children aren’t being sex trafficked? How many people aren’t dying making that journey?” Homan said.
Homan cited a “historic record” number of people — 4,000 — who died crossing the border during the Biden administration.
He also cited a “historic record” of a quarter million people who died from fentanyl during the Biden administration.
