HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — Police in Hagerstown say they have recovered a therapeutic tricycle worth $8,000 that was stolen from a disabled 7-year-old boy.

They planned to return the custom-made vehicle to Ethan Paugh on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say the tricycle was found at a consignment shop in Dundalk about a month after it disappeared.

Ethan’s grandmother says the boy was born with a condition that causes obesity and reduced muscle tone. The tricycle was designed to strengthen his leg muscles.
