Can you be a faithful Christian and not go to church?
A new Pew Research Service poll found that the answer is an overwhelming yes, with a high number of Christians say attending Sunday services is not essential to their faith.

When asked the “essentials” of what it means to be a Christian, just 35 percent said attending services. More, 42 percent, said reading the Bible and just 67 percent said being honest.
The survey is a huge and sweeping comparison between those who are highly religious and those who aren’t.

For example, 99 percent of those who are highly religious said they thanked God for something. Just 68 percent of those who aren’t highly religious did the same.
