Liberals hate money in politics, except of course when the sugardaddy of the left George Soros gets behind their political causes.
MRCTV went to the “Democracy Springs” protest on Capitol Hill Thursday, and interviewed the liberal activists who gathered there to protest the involvement of millionaires and billionaires in the political system.
“Well (Democracy Springs) is our American Spring, there was the Arab Spring which didn’t turn out too well,” said one older man who acknowledged that he was mimicking the protests which led to three civil wars, six governments being overthrown, and the death of nearly 400,000 people.
Additionally, many of the activists couldn’t wrap their heads around the fact that a billionaire was using them for his own interests.
“No, I’m absolutely sure, I’m the deputy campaign manager for ‘Democracy Spring’ we have received zero dollars and zero cents from George Soros,” said one activist. “We are getting money from several endorsing organizations but not from a big donor.”
Those organizations include Avaaz and Energy Action Coalition — Both groups are offsprings of Soros-funded entities like MoveOn.Org and the Open Society Institute.
