Donna Brazile: Schumer and Jeffries are ‘going to have to fight’ to hold on to leadership

Veteran political strategist Donna Brazile suggested House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) could soon face serious challenges to their leadership as a new generation of progressive Democrats gain momentum within the party. 

“They are going to have to fight for their leadership roles,” Brazile said on Straight Shooter with Stephen A. Smith Wednesday. “They’re going to have to fight really hard to convince the Elizabeth Warrens, the Cory Bookers, the Chris Van Hollens.”
