Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. insists that autism cases are only on the rise for children, but recent autism prevalence studies find that autism diagnoses are increasing for adults, too. 

Roughly 1 in 31 children in the United States has an autism diagnosis, up from 1 in 150 in 2003, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
