Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) faces a potentially difficult reelection contest following allegations of domestic violence, stolen valor, and financial impropriety, leaving the two-term Florida lawmaker’s political future anything but guaranteed.

Mills will face former news anchor Ryan Elijah, along with two others, for the Republican nomination to represent Florida’s 7th Congressional District. Recent polling shows Elijah leading just days before Tuesday’s primary.
