White House border czar Tom Homan pushed back against calls from Democrats to abolish Immigration and Customs Enforcement, arguing the agency is simply enforcing immigration laws enacted by Congress.

“They say they want to abolish ICE; even members of Congress say, ‘Let’s abolish ICE,’ but what they’re failing to tell the people is, we’re enforcing the laws that they wrote, that they enacted,” Homan said on Fox News’s One Nation with Brian Kilmeade Monday. “We’re not making this up.”
