Jed York, the majority owner of the San Francisco 49ers football team, pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor charges on Monday after he was arrested in Ohio over the weekend.
York, 46, was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of criminal tools. He was previously charged with one count of engaging in prostitution, which was amended to the disorderly conduct charge as part of a plea deal. The charge for possessing criminal tools appeared to reference his cell phone, which was used to set up the sexual rendezvous.
