Former GOP nominee Mitt Romney tops the list of candidates Republican voters would like to see run for president in 2016 according to a new poll.
Among Democrats, Hillary Clinton leads the pack.

A CBS News poll found 59 percent of Republicans want Romney to run again for president. By comparison, 50 percent of Republicans said they would also like former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush to run and another 40 percent said they hoped former Arkansas governor and past GOP presidential candidate Mike Huckabee would also jump in.
New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie didn’t fare as well.
Just 29 percent said they wanted him to run for president, compared to 44 percent who don’t want him in the race.
Republicans rated other candidates as well in the CBS poll. Twenty-seven percent said they would like Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky to run for president, 26 percent would like Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida to run and 21 percent favor Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas getting into the race.
Among Republican governors, Scott Walker leads the pack, but barely.
Twenty-two percent of Republicans want Walker, of Wisconsin, to run for president while 21 percent say they’d like Texas Gov. Rick Perry to run. Just 14 percent would like Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal to run for president.
CBS polled Democratic voters and found 83 percent want Hillary Clinton to run for the White House. Among these Democrats, 40 percent favor Vice President Joe Biden running for president and 23 percent would like to Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts to get into the race.
